Often, subdividing a larger tract of land will cause it to bring a higher price, by offering it to a wider array of buyers.
In addition, we acquire land directly for development, principally as residential and resort residential subdivisions, though we have also developed multi-family communities, industrial parks and commercial projects.
We sometimes “co-develop” with a property owner, where we handle all the details of development in order for the land owner to receive a higher price.
